Most of them look like this - they can only measure one direction of traffic, so they're placed both ways.
Two new ones were placed this year - they measure both sides of road.

EDIT: The two-direction speedtraps are at Rannu (N1) and Libatse (N4)

Models either spawn with no license plate or they have some "made up" one like these (SCS added those. They have some sort of Swedish LP).
