[Central] Paid download questions

Hi there!

I was just downloading the modpack earlier today and i noticed i only had one .7z file downloaded. The page says i should have 7 SCS files when i unzip this file, yet there is no way to unzip that file om my pc. Does anyone know how to fix this?

can some one please tell me how many files i should have when i have extracted the promods file with 7zip file manager my friend said i should have 7 but only six extracted and when installed i said there was one missing plz help as game keeps crashing

You most likely skipped step one of the download process. You get 6 files our of the archive. And 1 file in the first step, the DEF-file. You're most likely missing that file.

Hi, sorry if I'm missing something here. When I download the def file I don't get the .scs file like previously I get a folder with with a def folder inside it (with a couple of other files) and inside the def folder are .scii files and folders. Previously I've just had the single def.scs file. I've tried downloading a couple of times and with varying options and various extraction methods but the result is always the same. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Can you try again, there have recently been some changes in the implementation by certain browsers (notably Firefox). I have adapted our def generator code for that only a few minutes ago

I have paid for the above map update download via Paypal (Invoice: INV-CA59E2F34, dated23 January 2021) but cannot obtain the down load link from Payloadz.com. They say they have not received a payment and have referred me back to Promods.. Any suggestions as to how I can obtain the download?

I found the transaction and I also found a download link that was sent to your e-mail address on the 26th of January... ? Unless you have repeated the transaction?

Is there any other way to access the paid download other than PayPal? It won't work for me.
