Paris could be better for sure, but it's not as bad as some of the other big cities in the game, like London (really badly needs to be rebuilt). ProMods addressed the tiny Berlin already with the ARP, and we'll see that the next release. As for Paris, I really don't mind it too much how it is, but I suppose there's always room for improvement

The part that really badly needs to be fixed is the absence of the A1 between Paris and Lille. Also the at-grade intersections in Reims need to be eliminated.

Kutchek has done a fantastic job with the expansion of France. Hopefully he will go back and fix some of the stock SCS areas eventually...

It's amazing how different Kutchek's areas are from SCS' areas of France. The difference is really night and day.

Do you mean if France will use Scandinavian assets? Well. If they exist there, it will. But if it doesn't, it won't. Just wait and see

Well, rebuilding SCS France is long-term for the Kutchek, because he is already too busy with Southern France

There's also a speculation that SCS coming soon with a France DLC so reconstructing those parts are a risky task. There has been found prefabs designated as dlc_fr and that can mean DLC France.
