The last version I've seen and tested at all known locations (I replaced the sign in Murmansk myself in the editor) was v2. Maybe Vladdz-G accidentally deleted or overwrote some files. I'll look into it tonight.

Please, only do not put back ukrainian signs in Murmansk! This is incosinstent for Russia.
