Sorry but if the download fails during downloading there is nothing either us or them (Payloadz) can do. It either is a local issue or a routing issue between the Amazon servers and your PC.
Basically Payloadz are responsible for initiating the transaction and then trigger a request with Amazon to share a download link. The download goes from the Amazon systems to your PC.

I just recently downloaded the free version and I had no ads tbh and neither any download issue took me 30 minutes and downloaded 2 files at once 3 times, pretty ok I don't see any issues either for the free version just saying.

why do i have to pay each time I want to download the update each time. if I pay once I should get all the updates without having to download all of it again.

you do not pay for ProMods, you pay for the fast download.
Therefore you have to pay for every download.

I just paid for the premium download for ProMods however I did not receive a download link. Have I been scammed? I am very disappointed right now. Can I get my money back?

Hi, after purchasing you will be taken to the page that shows the link, you will also receive an e-mail with the link.

I can't sign up a paypal account because they don't want to approve the documents that I sent them.
