Hey guys.... Where I can find the 1:19 scale maps for Africa? I want to try to do something with it! And...how I can put it in the editor's background map :)

you can probably make your own by screenshotting google maps or mapy.cz and combining them in a photo editor.
Then you make it into a .dds, name it whatever you like (europe-bgn is the default) and point the def at it
I'd appreciate if you'd czech my special album here

Interests include, but are not limited to:

you don't. Just create a collage of the area you wish to map and use the editor_data.sii to scale it down (at least I think you can do that from there)

The scale is set in the settings of the editor itself. The editor_data just points to the background map file.

The name of the map file if you changed it. Otherwise nothing :)
