I just really hope that Ikea from A18 Truckstop Iłowa gets removed. It kills feel of that place. I've driven few times there but cannot remember Ikea anywhere there, or is there one?

PR team deleted IKEA after I reported issues with GPS in that area...

So, do you suggest to include A18 Truckstop or skip it? I was driving there once in my life but I'm not a truck driver, so no idea if it's really that important.

Truckstop itself was fine, just that freakin' Ikea idea was bad

There are plenty of truckstops on the route, but Iława is the biggest one I suppose, so having it is not bad idea.

I hope the original feel of a World War II era of the A18's surface is left alone though (or optimized, but enough to resemble a very old motorway). Unless it's been repaved since?

According to Skyscrapercity and this map it's still under construction. Lanes going towards Wrocław are under construction and traffic uses mainly lanes heading Berlin.

A18 is under construction since I can remember and looks far from beeing completed, so having some roadworks there might not be a bad idea.

You can find some accurate photos of how it is supoosed to look here. I dont think they are outdated according to map above even if they were posted in 2014. I haven't driven there IRL for few years since I am using A4 & BAB4 to get to Netherlands now.

Oh, I have some ideas. You know the concrete plate roads in Moldova and on the road between Ukraine and Romania? I think something like that will do

well here's my suggestions

- build the E65 road to Swiebodzin, Zielona Gora, Lubin, Legnica, Jelenia Góra, and ending at the border with the Czech Republic, also include 27 road if Żary is built.
- re-buld Poznań
- build 25 road to Konin, Inowroclaw ending in Bydgoszcz in the north... Kalisz, Ostrow Wielkopolski ending at interchange on S8/E67
- re-work Łódź, its just my opinion though I hate some of the very low pre-fabs and narrow roads that PR put in that city.
- build 12 road connecting Kalisz, Leszno, Glogow, Żary ending in 18 road/E35 in the west and S8/Sieradz in the east
- build 36 road connecting Kalisz, Ostrow Wielkopolski, Krotoszyn, Rawicz, Lubin ending at the interchange with E65/3 road
-build A4 connecting to Legnica, Boleslawiec (actually along 94 road) ending in Zgorzelec in the west, this includes building 18 road/E36 to connect to Germany. I'm hoping for Cottbus to appear sometime in Germany this would allow that to happen.
-build 30 road and 3 road to connect to Jelenia Góra
-build 5 road and 34 road to provide access to Walbrzych...5 road also ends at the border with the Czech Republic.. also build 35 road from Wrocław
-build 8 road Ząbkowice Śląskie and Klodzko.. could also build rural road 381 here from Walbrzych... 8 road ends at the border with the Czech Republic
-build Torun next to Bydgoszcz
-build E75/A1/1 road connecting to Częstochowa, a re-built Katowice and ending at the Czech Republic next to Ostrava
-build A4 in the east in its entirety connecting Wrocław, Katowice, Krakow, Tarnow, and Rzeszow... ends at the border with Ukraine
-build E77, connecting Radom, Kielce, Krakow, Myslenice, Rabka.. ending at the border with Slovakia, there is a fork after Rabka that could see the other access points to Slovakia if needed.
-build 75 road to Nowy Sacz ending in Slovakia border... I add this as some people have asked for this city before
-build Biala Podlaska before E30/Road 2 ends at the border with Belarus
-build Augustow.. same reason as building Nowy Sacz some people have asked for this city.

All of these suggestion are not something set in stone, consider them and see if they can fit, and adjust, change, or eliminate those that would not be possible.
