I noticed just now that the forum reads links without a protocol in the URL as pointing to the promods.net domain! Which means that the links in the first post have pointed to dead ends for a couple of days. Apologies for that! The most important links are now fixed (and I'll fix the rest as soon as possible as well of course).

Russian is a secondary official language in Kazakhstan: added Russian endonyms to Kazakhstan toponyms.

All packs updated to v4.9.9 for 1.27/1.28 and v5.9 for 1.30:
- Updated for Russian Open Spaces 5.5
- Updated diesel pump prices per March 2018
- Changed positions of Southern Region country units to appropriate ones and made federal republic names visible (other federal entity names remain invisible)
- Minor corrections and improvements
