The same situation at the Romania - Hungary border. You just have to show ID if you drive a small vehicle. Only one time when I crossed the border with a van they asked me to open the trunk to let them see how much luggage I have. Didin't had to report goods though.

I thought both Romania and Croatia have no borders with EU nowadays.Weird...

We should already be in Schengen.. but the economic crysis and who know what other reasons there might be prevented that from happening. The latest discussions resulted in the possibility of letting Romania join Schengen earlier, but without Bulgaria. But again. Who knows? :)

@Mil00rad Not yet, mate. Altghough the borders are "softer". By the way, sorry for the political question. What's the public opinion about joining EU in Serbia? I'm sorry again, but I really don't know any other Serbian to ask.

Public opinion?People still live in hope that someday Serbia will be like Switzerland or Norway,rich but not a member of EU. :lol: I think we both know that won't go so easy.

Never my friend because Romania is situated in a position that causes a lot of problems ;)
