What's up with computer users using software and websites in any other language than English anyway? -think of the effort/time saved if we would just cut this useless crap out.

Well I think it is just because some sites automatically change language by checking where you are connecting from (IP address). Personally I'd prefer if all sites were automatically in English (especially Google). In fact I use Google.com instead of Google.fi (Finnish language version) but if I go to maps it changes it automatically to the Finnish one.

Work on Joensuu has not been started. Infact, Platypus has considered adding it, but it is not yet even confirmed.

Planned cities in Finland are actually : Pori, Vaasa, (Kokkola), Oulu, Tornio, Rovaniemi, Joensuu, Lappeenranta, Kajaani, (Kuusamo)
Planned cities in Sweden could be : Haparanda,Luleå, (Skellefteå), Umeå
Planned cities in Russia (in FInland area) could be : (Vyborg), St Petersburg

But I'm waiting for DLC North to have new elements available before restarting this project.
Also, it will be ready when it's ready
