why is the paid download so god damn slow today, usually when I've bought it I get my max internet speed but at the moment I'm getting 1/20th

Which system are you referring to, Payloadz or ProMods store?
On the first the files are hosted on Amazon AWS S3, on the second platform they are on CloudFlare

The download speeds are insane - buying through paypal was usually around the 25mb/s to 35mb/s range so not bad at all, but now it's like 50mb/s to 70mb/s for me which is amazing.

Hi guys, a few minutes ago I bought the fast download for promods europe and I put an email that unfortunately is full and doesn't receive any more emails. I read somewhere that the download link is sent to the mail and when I cannot receive it, any solution?

Depending on which platform you used you can retrieve the link

Payloadz: help.php?mode=nodllink
ProMods Store: log in to the store, go to account, go to orders, look at the order history and click on the order number; download links will appear

That could only be via the ProMods store. Go to your account and find the order and then click on the order number and you will see your links.

You probably have some kind of anti-virus software active that scanned the URL before downloading and it then triggered the download limit.
What is your order number?
