Depends on if there is a bridge going over the Gulf of Bothnia ... but I have no idea if there is one
And because of the reason I think there is no bridge there's only the ferry connection

Is Haparanda in Sweden going to be rebuilt with the DLC assets. I cannot believe how close Haparanda is to Tornio, Finland. I can literally can kick a soccer ball across the bridge into Tornio. Also is the E8 going to built northward to Trømso Norway? I've seen pictures of the E8 in Northern Finland. Some of it is very remote but is beautiful.

I'm sure they're going to rebuild that border as well when they arrived there with the rest of the E4
