Do you mean some other small islands like Elba, Giglio etc.?

But Lampedusa is that tiny that SCS will definitely not do it, as well as Linosa and many others as mentioned above due to their size (super small, at least compared with Sicilia and Sardegna).

^^ And then one can also add Pantelleria and probably a few others as well.

None of them are big enough to have any meaning for ETS2.

Also, people that wont be able to buy the DLC should have the opportunity to play 2.20, shouldnt they?
