Hi OKHI233 and GrayDawg,
thank you very much. This mod helps perfect. Now everything is good.
Now i use the Mods and Loadorder from "Vinnie Terranova" :

For the Background im useing "The crash fix for huge combo maps" and the "Promods High Quality Afroeurasia Background Map" + "SCS Scale Hack".

Similar to what I use, and it works great, and all places are where they are suppose to be, and not misplaced out ion an ocean or some such. Glad to hear you got it all sorted! Happy trucking to you.

hello despite the ordering of the mods as indicated I have some cities that have disappeared those of the promods like Foix Andorra Valenciennes and those of Cyprus and Iceland et ireland .... I tried everything but impossible to solve the problem ... thank you

Hm, then try the Load Order by GMC Logistics instead and lets see if this solves the problem.
