I have the same problem, using it with rusmap, southern region 1.39 fix and the license plate fix. I think a fix hasn't been made yet.

As you can see in the title, the mod is not yet updated to 1.39, so these conflicts are expected.
SCS changed the way on how fonts need to be saved in 1.39, this is why you have these conflicts with older mods which haven't been updated yet.
You need to wait for an update.

Hi, I used the same loading order as last version, but the city names do not appear on the map.

Fixed bugs of previous versions, compatibility with version 1.39, compatibility with other maps, added the city of Chromtau.

Probably incompatible with addon Road to Aral
