Edit: When Estonia comes out, Will Valga and Valka come out together as a twin city or will only Valga come with Estonia?

I think they both will come out, since Valka has all the companies. Valga has the recruitment agency and truck dealer.
And this is literally the best thing to see when you are home from school on a Friday!

What company have you assigned to the shopping mall in Tallinn? Is it a SellPlan, LidL, or a real company (Stockmann, Kaubamaja, Solaris)?

As I understand, you're also student, like me? I have holidays in these days!
I think, that new ProMods v1.9 will release in after month of release of Scandivanian DLC, because they should integrate all ProMods work into new DLC (as named "The best of two worlds"), and I also doubt about that, so as everybody speaks in this forum (very populare phrase: It will ready, when it's ready.)
