Developers have done a great job to make this map, the part of Ukraine is very realistic and I hope you continue to work on it, I hope very much that the Kyiv-Chop road will be built, and there will be new connections with other countries, I don't see the time that excel to version 2.50 to see new cities of my country

I'm not sure if this should be considered as bug or not, so I write here.
About road number backgrounds. P-15 road should use black on yellow road number. According to UA traffic rules, white on red pattern is used for M and H roads, black on yellow pattern is used for P and T roads and white on blue pattern is used for O and C roads (local roads/roads inside rayons/districts), actually I've never seen O and C road signs in my life, my guess that these types were introduced recently or around the period when they switched to current design.

As I remember, no. But it's possible that when this sad mess is cleaned up there, probably yes.

could you fix the road signs? instead Кив should be Київ. this is found in almost all signs of Ukraine
