It's simple: use the B-key and then the brush tool appears. Note that brush only works on roads and terrain, and not on terrain linked to prefabs.

I've always found it silly that you can't brush on a prefab.

But the roads you want to brush have to be marked first before you press b ;)

Is it possible to make bumpy roads using the brush?

No, brush is only for the terrain material, for bumps change the terrain profile or for really tiny bumps the noise power.

Working now on a small village called Saltstraumen. I live in the area around Saltstraumen. There will be 2-3 companies here and 1 gas station. The most powerful tidal current(maelstrom) in the world is located here.
I am only uploading these three images. More images are coming later when Saltstraumen is mostly completed. The area is not so very big and there are not many roads i need to add so this will go very quick. Saltstraumen has a lot of history. There were people who settled down in Saltstraumen 10,000 years ago, and also one of the oldest archaeological discoveries in Norway. Currently, about a 1000 people is living in Saltstraumen(that also includes me aswell).
