Development on version 1.x (France edition)

It was a map on this forum that displayed all the new extensions and there was some roads that were in Italy that were highlighted in pink.

That was SCS' original plan. They never made it that far unfortunately.

1: How long would that part take to make?

2: What part of the original map would've been cut out from the final product?

Those roads have been drawn by SCS, not by us.

Admittedly, I thought this meant you guys had considered Italy, but hopefully this means that SCS will set their next DLC there, causing no conflicts with Promods.

Yes I know what he is talking about... it's from SCS and it has been in there since the start I think (at least I only know it with this bgn)

I wouldn't be at all surprised if Italy is the next SCS expansion. The existing map is begging for growth in that direction and I could see them heading right down to the tip of Italy and expansion south of Hungary. All the land in that area is fairly rough and would make for some tough routes. Plus it would continue to support the prime Eastern European fanbase.
