That makes sense, I guess we will see if mods will be added later to the abilities.
In Dareus's release notes for the 1.41 Beta on the SCS forum it is listed under the Notable issues/not yet implemented section that "Mods are not supported in the initial release" which suggests to me that they are at least considering supporting the use of mods likely so long as all participants have the same mods or that sort of thing.

Been a little while since I've done much map editing, but we're back to form now so perhaps it's time for another round of guess the location - Bonus points for finding the exact place on streetview :P

You beat me to it. Just past Porteau Cove. Pretty recognizable spot if you're a local.

I first got into ATS at the start of the pandemic as a way to have road trips. I was watching the development of this add on back then, but in the meantime had lost track of it because I actually went trucking, getting my Class 1 and then hiring on at a well known Canadian company. I'm not there now (the long haul life was not for us), but while I was there I gained a ton of experience running Hwy 1, 97C, 97A and Hwy 3 between Alberta and into BC. This add on nailed it.

I knew it was going to be good, but I didn't know how good and this blew all of my expectations out of the water. The attention to the small details that put you "there" was amazing.

When the project begins to move east into Alberta, please do not hesitate to reach out if there's any way I can help! I'm also willing to help out for the Maritimes when that happens, but I expect that'll be a few years at the very least!

recognizable, either by a local, or by someone like me who has been in Canada a lot, for years.
