Yes, they exist in various sizes and complexity level all over Poland ;)
We have a simple, wooden cross model, nothing as unique as this one you posted, unfortunately.

In Warszawa many road items have unneccesery superfine instead high poly or nothing..

These also exist in Romania, but they are put there mostly to point to a fatal accident place, and rarely for religious reasons.
