As for the Tallbrücken: Yes. The A3 is life like rebuild, due to scale we weren't able to add much but we have rebuild two very iconic sceneries (Limburg a.d. Lahn and the Wiedtal).

Nice! I have been there irl and it's really nice to drive there. although that 120 km/h looked so fast at that highway, 100 felt like 130... I dont know why xD

Unlikely. They have never revisited a country to rebuild things that were already built as far as I know unless there was some fatal bug that made the game crash repeatedly.
