Which browser do you use?
I never ever go a message like that. And I've used Google Chrome, Firefox and Opera to download the files.

Have you actually read what's on there? If so, what were you doing that could have lead to you being blocked? Please describe what actions you took.

You will have to describe your actual problem in more detail. What are you trying to download and what happens?

You should actually read that page... It explains what you were doing wrong.

Hint: You were using a download accelerator which is forbidden.

I am not extracting anything wrong. When the file downloads ,I click it , it opens with winrar and instantly telling me it is corrupted .I am pretty sure I am not the only one who has this issue and it is really a shame you ,guys, don't know how to fix it .

I'm sure there's nothing wrong with the archive. If it's corrupted, it's because of how you are downloading it. Turn off download accelerators and virus protection. Also, use 7Zip, not WinRar. Also, make sure you have all the files for the archive before trying to unpack it. (If you use the free download, it is a multi-part archive).

The thing is, if it works for thousands of our users, then it should be obvious to you that you're doing something wrong
It's a PC file. It's the same for everybody. If it works for me, it must work for you (if you do everything correctly).

So you downloaded all the 7 files, put them in one folder and clicked the first file??

You are not supposed to open single files. This is a multi part zipped file, it needs all parts to work.
When you have ALL files downloaded, THEN you can click on the file that starts with 001.

You are using the free dowload version, right?
7zip is good too, if winrar gives you trouble.

Could you post the full names of the promods files you have downloaded?

I don't have any download accelerators and no antivirus protection . I used 7-zip , nothing happens .I did everything like there is in the tutorial .After the download of the first file ,everything is wrong . So there must be something about the first part ! I am going to provide you with some screenshots.
These are the files I get from download . All of your files . When I want to open the first part ,like in the tutorial ,there is only one file there .In the tutorial there are more files in there .I tried to press the "extract" button ,but what it does it to put that single file in to the folder
