1st... I have been aware of the compatibility tab stating developments in Estonia and Latvia!! However, that does not mean that it will be the only thing included. Those are just cities. I mean roads, tweaks... Is that stated there? Don't think so!
2nd, I was just making a small remark, isn't that too harsh? Other users have agreed on that. But since you yourself stated you might have overreacted, it is ok, of course. (You were already coming across as angry, using green and bold made you look super angry. :/ )

I believe that I have seen new roads and stuff, all over he map, over the last months, without being stated in the compat page. There, only cities are present!!!
