Just because Iceland doesn't have trees, doesn't mean they can't have a Tree-ET. It just means those trees arrive by ship, right?

Well, I think there must be SOME wood houses in Iceland, right? So this is fairly realistic then!

Depends on whether IRL they import logs, or they import planks

Either way, wouldn't this be the first Tree-ET that's located inside a city, rather than in a remote forest?

Granted, those are mostly man-made forests, and forests in general are rare on Iceland (I honestly can't name another one...) doesn't mean there aren't trees...
