Found a minor bug:

Also I found that there's a mod conflict at the russian border with your mod and realistic russian border crossings - not sure if you or CrashCZ want to look at this.

I don't want because I think that newer and smaller mod should look at compatibility.

Maybe I ask a stupid question by why the Promods version of Realistic Russian Highways is deleted?

I think that has happened, since ScuL requested to ShareMods to immedatly delete any ProMods files reuploaded. Since alot of ProMods copies by some other Users got uploaded there. And it seems like they look only for the Name "ProMods" and not if it's only an addon or a real reuploaded.
Since the same happened to the Legacy Compatability fix multiple times.
So it's better to not upload any ProMods addons to Sharemods, or don't name them anything with "ProMods".

Is it normal that Realistic Russian Highways mod increase loading time for about few minutes? Without it the game loaded very fast, about 10-15 sec but when I add this mod, everytime I run the game I have to wait way more longer than usually. Is it possible that game is re-caching every time?

Most likely it's bugged and causes recaching. Sounds like that's the issue.
