eXeToR, I fully accept that your map order is working for you and I think I now know why. You are using Estonia Russia Border Mod which I believe includes St Petersburg. This mod is compatible with both ProMods and RusMap and thus fills the vacant area caused by the blanking of the Baltic DLC area. It enable you to use the conventional order for ProMods and RusMap. St Petersburg and area is being provided by the Estonia mod. If you temporarily remove the Estonia Russia Border Mod you would no longer have St Petersburg but a blank space.
For those of us without the Estonia Russia Border Mod need to switch the priorites of ProMods and RusMap. Using or not using the Spruce Fix has no bearing on this.
However thank you for introducing me to the Estonia Russia Border Mod. I am going to download it and try it out. I might even switch my mod order back to the conventional!

Its always been in that order.. Rusmap over Promods.. Oh.. Blank sectors.. thats why Promods+Rusmap works w/Baltic DLC.. so w/o Promods.. Rusmap doesnt work w/Baltic DLC

Do you have to have rus map1.8.1 in a higher priority than pro mods 2.32 map package for this to work correctly for 1.33.2 because i am using the recommended load order for 1.32 thread and it hasn't been updated yet to 1.33 and i am getting a bit confused of what it means by a higher priority thanks
so do i need to change any orders as i am using the recommended load order for 1.32

Ive tried multiply orders in the Mod Loader. Nothing works for me...
will there be a fix?

Mr Davyddin I gave you load order a try and it works fine. My load order is below. I think PJ indo and Afro map disrupt the layout a little . I also have Volga map as well but not sure where to place it.

you dont need this.... Spruce fix for RusMap 1.8.1 instead you need fixed rusmap def file
