Unable to download mod

Hi. I am unable to download the mod. I first tried paying $1, but Indian debit cards arent accepted by Paypal. And when I click on the free download links, it opens up adf.ly which is blocked in my country. I actually want to pay and download so that I get a good speed, but my card isn't accepted. So please do the needful. Thanks.

I would suggest using a VPN or Proxy to avoid the adf.ly block
I am Image Dutch living in Image New Zealand and I speak Image EN Image DE Image SE Image FR
