Do you have Poland Rebuilding installed too?

With 2.0 it is no longer necessary to have it.

Or you have RusMap, in which case do you use the correct load order? You can find the correct one in the RusMap Readme file.

Everything is alright, just the "Map View" is not in the correct position - that's the fault of SCS UI map. Look at Nynashamn for example - SCS city, but not aligned correctly too
