You can "know" whatever you want! But everything what you saw is not confirmed for the next release and never will, till developers officially says otherwise.

FYI, most of the "new stuff" are either just loose city items without any roads or landscaping... or just roads without landscaping. A look at the in-game map can be really deceiving...

You can even see in the video that Vienna is not finished, there is no landscape in places so how you can arrive to conclusions that this will be ready for 2.20?

Perhaps state very clearly that you think the city is most likely to appear based on progress.

Have just watched that video. Wien looks intimidating for my average notebook, but the view is amazing as usual. Well, fps drop is unavoidable for such amazing quality, but I hope it won't be too much.

off topic : amazing plan on Ukraine. Sadly it's one of the most uncertain parts.
