Starting city...

I have a city with just a garage and a service point but what can I do so it's not allowed to be the starting city?
Do you I have to change the def file or add something to it?

If you don't want it to be a starting city i think you have to remove the garage.
But try to do this first.. I do not know if it will work: place the city down in map editor, then open it with Properties tool, and unselect "show in UI map"

I am pretty sure that when there is a garage that means that the city has a starting point, if there is no garage then you can start in that city because... there is no garage

Here's my issue; I can't use it as a starting city, because there's no company and the game can't generate the first job...
I just want it to be a city you can discover on the way and buy the garage there...

Well, sorry, that's how the game works. The starting city needs a garage, one company within the city and one within a close range (20-30 km).
