AI Traffic overtaking

Anyone know how to make ai traffic overtake multiple vehicles once/and many vehicles overtaking one vehicle at same time in single lane roads? What file i have to mod?

It is not as simple as you think, as this is all indirectly determined by traffic behaviour parameters, which in itself are quite hidden. So I'm afraid I can't help you...
