The southernmost intersection in Zwolle has traffic lights, but they're non-functioning.

Check the time of the day that it is ingame. If it is between 23:30 and 3:00, some stoplights go into a flash state and blink yellow in all directions. However, some of ProMods traffic signal models do not have the attachment for the flashing yellow light source or are set to be completely dark during this time frame.

During the day the lights are working fine, don't know about the flashing yellow in the night.

Probably a missing hookup in the traffic light model for the flashing orange light during the night.

I pulled out the uncropped screenshot for the one above, it says Sunday 04:42 as the time. Don't know when this particular signal is supposed to re-activate.
