I have to say, my downloads from payloadz.com have been max speed.

The download speed will only be as fast as your own connection can manage, too..

Complain to your ISP why their uplink to Amazon S3 is so slow.

If your connection speed should be usually higher.....try an external downloadmanager to download the file from the link, and not the one from your browser.

At least years ago some built in DL Managers from different browsers where crap.

I think its not about my internet speed, couse its all the time 52 mbit

but I downloaded from free links, and I must say map is great!

Seems you had bad luck when trying to download the mod earlier.
