[2.01] Slovakia: Wrong general speed limit

Dear all.
I guess you implemented a wrong (general) speed limit for slovakia.
You choosed 90 km/h but for Trucks over 3.5t it should be 80 km/h (express lane as well as highway and local roads).

I find that Wikipedia and another site say it should be 90km/h.
