This is problematic because Wales, England and Scotland are the same "countries" in game. They all use the UK country definitions.

Well it could be done, but it would require lot of work and i believe that's not a biggest priority in UK atm. Also happy birthday scul!

This would open up the opportunity to set Scottish speed limits to 40mph on single carriageways too (apart from the A9 between Perth and Inverness where it’s 50mph)
