Can you stop to always ask this question ? The answer is still no.

Hi Brickasthome, I noticed the time scale is set to normal at Leeming which is a shame - it takes 1.5 - 2 hours just to drive off the A1 into the services and back out! In reality this would be around 5 minutes. If youre working in this area again in the future it would be much appreciated to have this altered

Hi,
I know Ireland isn't being worked on at the moment. However, since Ireland was released in 2.20, there have been a few changes.
Speed limits on roads (unless otherwise stated): Motorways (M): 120km/h, National (N): 100km/h, Regional (R): 80km/h.
A very messy overview
M18 J16 (Gort)
Again, very messy, but I hope you understand!

I know Ireland isn't being worked on at the moment. However, since Ireland was released in 2.20, there have been a few changes.
- In Co. Clare and Galway, the M18 is now fully complete, starting after J9 on the N18/M18 and ending at J18 (Rathmorrissy Junction) on the M6/M17. The motorway is nonexistent in ProMods after J16 (Gort), but the road that is there (N18) has now been renamed to the R458. I presume the speed limit is still 100km/h, despite being a regional road.
- The N18 from J19 on the M6 no longer exists. It has been renamed to the R381. Speed limit 100km/h.
- In Co. Galway, the M17 is complete, starting at J18 (Rathmorrissy Junction) on the M6/M18 and ending at Tuam. There, the N17 continues onto Sligo, no new changes.
- Upgrade the roundabout (Morris Roundabout) to the new intersection in Galway, as it no longer exists (see last image and Google Maps).
- Improve the roundabout at Oranmore, by adding the N67 Bypass (makes sense as there's no need to pass through Oranmore, although it is not present in ProMods.) (Google Maps).
- Add Claregalway as a scenery town, if there's enough space (R381/N83 intersection).

Omicron, is that Kirwan Roundabout?
I have sadly not driven that north on BIEdition.
Oh, googled it, it is it.
How long until they reinstate that roundabout, I wonder.

No, this roundabout isn't the Kirwan Roundabout, but in fact the Morris Roundabout. This was removed in 2012, but Google Maps only returned to the area last year. It's part of the removal of roundabouts along the N6 (Bóthar na dTreabh) in Galway, which began in 2011. The Kirwan Roundabout still exists, but will be removed by the end of the year (we'll see about that).

Omicron, ah cheers.
Map of both locations.
Looks almost as if it would be better to have on and off ramps to from an elevated or buried? motorway.

It would be, but I don't think the council would have enough money for that . That sort of thing would be thought of in Cork or Dublin (see the flyover on the N7 just before the Red Cow Junction in Dublin).
