Going under the ground

Hello,
right after Dresden in the highway going east just there's a bump I think after a bridge crossing over another road and truck goes under the ground and loops non stop until I exit game, is this a known bug ?
Game version, latest,+lastest Promods+Latest Rusmap

ProMods 2.01 is NOT compatible with the latest game version:

With "latest game version" do you mean 1.23?
ProMods is not compatible with that version. A compatibility update will be available soon.

Yes, I think so, steam updates it automatically, so its the latest version
I know Promods is not compatible I just wanted to confirm is this is a known bug or if it could be an other problem on my game

Change version back to 1.22 and check if it happens. That's the easiest way
