[Fixed] Power line in the middle of the road near Munchen

I was driving on Autobahn 8 leaving Munchen on my way to Osnabruck, and I hit this powerline in the middle of the road. It damaged my truck and cargo and I had to get a new job. Picture Of Bug - http://prnt.sc/b4tu7s

Even-though, before Hotfix 3, I did not recall seeing this bug.
