But i think they're not functional yet...or are?

Though there are new assets in 1.31, it's HIGHLY recommended NOT to use these assets; they are in an unfinished state and subject to change.

Will you add Koper also? By Koper I mean its port, which is seven times bigger than the city. I think that it is the second biggest for cars in Mediterran after Barcelona and the biggest for containers, it is also known for ADR cargos. I hope that there is place for this because it is very important port in this part of Europe, by the way, from port of Koper you can easily see port of Trieste in reality.

clearly too close to Trieste despite the fact that it is an important port city. You have to think about asking for cities and not necessarily the one you love.

Project Balkans didn't have Trieste though, because of the same problem but viceversa.

Fun fact: If you take the right turn, the first town you see is a village called Polsko Kosovo (literally 'Polish Kosovo'), I hope that place gets a sign. Serbian people are going to be so confused. :D
