You can track date of last 3 releases and follow situation of 2.30 on forum. We know that is in beta-testing. But you still can't predict release date, you can only hope.

EDIT:
In Macedonia (FYROM) new highway E75 near old road is opened for traffic this year. Now whole E75 through that country is highway. You can see route on Google Earth.
