[REL] Southern Region Map 10.9 [1.43]

It seems like a new version of Southern Region was released judging from their VK page

According to changelog:
- Compatibility with the new version of RusMap 2.48.
- Fixed the gap near the city of Pavlovsk (fix is no longer needed!).
- Other minor fixes and preparation for future updates.

This map cause too much russian traffic out of Russia. Forexample Lada's replacing Skoda's and Volkswagen's and Gaz's replacing Braco's (Ivecos) and VW vans on European and Latin-American Roads also. I removed SR because the traffic problems and the normal traffic become. RusMap and EAA made well, becuse you see local, Russian and Brazilian traffic, but only in Russia or Brazil

@Presidenis23 In the version that Terra778 linked (possibly also older versions) the added traffic from this mod is excluded from spawning in almost every non-Russian country. I am certainly not seeing it outside of where I would expect it.

If you drive on Road to Asia/ Road to Africa/ EAA(latin-America) etc map you will meet with SR added traffic.
Not in Promods or Meddle East, because these maps includes own added traffic, wich overite SR mod.

Did you set r_buffer size?

Where are the other files? I only see the SRMap_v12_2.scs in the download link. Where are the model files? Someone else asked about this about an earlier update as well and didn't see any responses of where the missing files are?

The model files have been merged with SRMap_v12_2.scs so they aren't needed anymore
