Promods 2.03 to 2.10

I have downloaded 2.10 tonight. My current saved game is on 2.03 where it is saved having just started a job (Bacau to Ljubljana). I tried to edit the mods in game to 2.10 but it is showing that it will not work. Is this because I am mid job and I will have to finish this one before I activate 2.10?

As a note to the Pro Mods makers... tremendous work, absolute fantastic package. You should be immensely proud of what you have achieved.

Can you explain what "showing that it will not work" means? It should be possible to upgrade from ProMods 2.03 to 2.10.

You are not required to finish your current job before upgrading. When you upgrade ProMods, the game will detect that the companies have changed and it will force-cancel your current job (with no financial penalty) and return your truck to the home garage for you, as well as reset the game economy. I cannot think of any reason that a job-in-progress would prevent you from upgrading your mods.

Maybe because he has a mod that prevents upgrading the mods during the job delivery. That's a possibility.

Well it must be a possibility because I'm mid job to North Finland and am in transit in St. Petersburg when I updated to 2.10 and I'm only seeing 2.03 when in the mod section. So I'm another one with the same issue...

If you are using RusMap, it is not currently integrated with Promods 2.10

It seems like you are saying conflicting things. You said you already updated to 2.10. You also say you are only seeing 2.03.

Are you trying to say that you only see ProMods 2.03 files in the Mod Manager, and you do not see any ProMods 2.10 files available to select? That would suggest that the ProMods 2.10 files are not in your mod folder.

I am not aware of any game mechanism that could prevent a user from changing the mod list of your profile, specifically because the Mod Manager window has no relation to the savegames. Savegames are never loaded before the Mod Manager. If you change the list of mods in the Mod Manager that your profile will load, the game might complain that there are missing mod files when you select a savegame file, but you can continue past this warning and load the game. This warning will occur any time you remove a mod from your profile, it is not related to having a job in progress.

I am using Rusmaps and since that isn't updated yet (when you select Rusmaps for the Definition) it probably won't activate until Rusmaps gets updated and thus preventing more issues.
