Hi to everybody,

I've notice some bugs at some Italian tool booths and in particulary at Affi and Modena. Those Tool booths doesn't work properly. When you leave the highway and when you arrive to the place they ask you to take the ticket instead of the payment of toll and vice versa when you enter on the motorway. The tool booths seem inverted.

At the Modena Both the tool bar is not present or does not work while in affi there isn't the symbol of the toll booth. I think there's the same problem the A34 motorway toll booth near future to Trieste.

I've reversed the toll gates and added the missing toll icons. This will be fixed in 2.11
