I have downloaded the new version of Realistic Russian highways (without any fixes by now), and to be honest I have mixed feelings. From the one point there is amazing and competelly reworked interchanges and signage.. but from another point there is quite a lot of things that can ruin the feelings of the changes you did. Almost every interchange have a very noticeble issue: grass on road, signs and they poles in the air, misspelt signs, stamped water, houses and other scenery objects either burried to the ground or floating in the air). Those things are very easy to notice, and I would like to ask (please, don't take it as rundness as I very appreciate your work). Do you look at interchanges and road network you have done at least with a free camera in the game, do you check the spelling of the signs and place names? Your work looks great, and paying attention to those things would defenetly save you a lot of time.

I don't check signs again, but sometimes I am looking at landscape and objects. Also I don't test mod because there is so much changes and I am alone. Therefore I let you to use beta version. If you noticed so many problems, you are allowed to fix them yourself and then send me fixed sectors or sign files.

Did you read last 2-5 pages? If you know solution, tell me, if not, don't report again and again.
EDIT:
Improved semaphore cycles is updated. Only change is file splitting and reducing size, so you don't have to download it if you already have.
Better traffic flow for Promods is updated.
Better traffic flows don't support removed toll barriers anymore. To keep that feature use new mod - Automatic tolls. There are 2 versions: All barriers are automatic or half of barriers on old tolls are automatic, but that affects new (DLC and Promods) tolls and I can't change that.
Keep in mind that if you drive too fast, you will eat automatic barrier. Estimated speed safe speed is about 50 km/h.
EDIT:
More inormations about Better traffic flow for Promods and Realistic Russian highways fixes:
After Aldimator's addition of company on St. Petersburg ring road, game couldn't load road cache, at least on my computer. In order to fix it, you will se on fix per file (Promods version, non-Promods version and Better traffic flow for Rusmap).
I am not sure about cause, but on my computer Better traffic flow for Promods required new FLD package, so I added missing prefabs. But if you use both mods, as FLD is already in Realistic Russian highways, game will crash. So there is fix to fix it.

I did some testing with the map shifting issue, if I load the seperate Emden mod with a higher priority, the shifting is gone and the map loads as it should. The only file I can think of is the parameters in the emden.sii file (def/city). At least for me its fixed :D

Confrimed too. Using Emden addon and placing it above both - Hungarian and Russian Interchanges, somehow fixed shifted map.
