Parking zone straddles a fence (1st screen shot). Location is not on world map. Second screen shot, the white arrow points to location.

The small unloading bay under a roof doesn´t trigger, so delivering the cargo isn´t possible. It seems the mark is placed in wrong direction and partially behind the fence:
