[Bug 2.11] Invisible wall Narva (Est)

At the Russia-Estonia border (on the Estonian side) at Narva is an unpassable invisible wall.

EDIT - managed to get co-ordinates. Added at top.

Well that explains it - I had a fix but didn't even know there was a 4th version. Thanks.
