Physics Mod

Just wondering what most you guys and girls are using for physics mods, or if your using the default engine. Can't find one I like without a lot of extra files for modded trucks.
Any recommendations?

That's what I use as well, pretty realistic IMHO.

The added files seems to be due to too many mods to account to, and probably to allow 3rd party submitted support.
