[Fixed] [2.11] Sidewalk is not lowered near Livorno's Iveco dealer

The sidewalk is not lowered at the entrance of Livorno's Iveco truck dealer. Also, it is not possible to turn left to go in if you are in the wrong lane. A lowered sidewalk should be added and maybe also an interruption in the traffic island.
