I tried to download the latest version of Promods that is not requiring France DLC, and the download is so slow, at fist i told myself maybe is from my internet connection but when i tried downloading other files bigger than 200Mb i realised that is not my problem, so, can anyone help me with this ?

Contact your ISP or ask a friend if you can download it on his PC, then copy the files to your PC ;)
